Returns

Stajé The Boutique wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with your returnable item for any reason, please call us within 7 days of receipt at 732-450-1956 for a return authorization number for eligible items.  All items must be new, unused, with original tags.  Upon receipt of the return authorization number, simply send back the item with a copy of the receipt back to us within 7 days of receiving RA number, for a refund or store credit.  If item is received beyond 7 days of receiving RA number, item will be refused.  Once the item is inspected, a refund or store credit will be given at that time. We impose a 10% restocking fee.

Please see exceptions below on some product categories. We do not refund original or return shipping charges.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on shoes, jewelry, handbags, or accessories. Some products, as marked clearly in their description, are not returnable. We also do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

TERANI COUTURE:  All Terani prom gowns and dresses are final sale.

Sale Items

Items clearly marked as Sale may be returned for store credit only, unless otherwise noted. Upon receiving your return, we will issue you a store credit redeemable at Stajé Designs.

Clearance Items

Clearance items may not be returned and are final sale. These products will be clearly marked Clearance.

International Orders

We accept international returns and they are subject to the same restrictions as domestic orders.

  • Damaged / Defective Goods:

At Stajé The Boutique, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the order, at info@stajedesignsllc.com to be eligible for a refund.

Return Procedures:

  •  Return shipping address will be included on the original packing receipt. You may also call or email us at any time to get this information.
  • Return packages must be postmarked no later than 7days from date of original delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted.
  • Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.
